had a wonderful experience with the root canal specialist and the entire staff. Everyone was so kind, accommodating, respectful, and understanding. I truly appreciated how comfortable they made me feel during a stressful situation. They took the time to listen to my concerns and treated me with genuine care and compassion. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and treatment I received. Thank you all for making such a difficult experience so much easier!

The staff are amazing here! I accidentally went to the wrong location. Instead of sending me away to the right one, they kept my appt and called the other location to tell them that they would take care of me here instead. 10/10 for that kind of accommodation ! Everyone was so kind and warm. Doctor Shapiro was very informative and genuine in resolving my concerns. I felt so relieved with his answers and trusted his assessment. I highly recommend this office 100%.

This was my first procedure at this office, and from start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Tracy, who scheduled my appointment and walked me through everything beforehand, was incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to listen to my concerns, reassured me that I was in good hands, and even managed to get me in the next day. Dr. McWatters immediately put me at ease and performed my root canal completely pain-free in under an hour. I had an issue during the procedure, and he was patient, understanding, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Serena, the assistant, was just as wonderful. She was so reassuring throughout the procedure and even held my hand at one point, which meant more than she probably realizes. Everyone at the office made me feel genuinely cared for, and I’m so grateful for the care that I received. As someone with severe anxiety when it comes to these things, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was my second root canal here. I was in and out in under an hour with zero pain. Zero! Not to mention this time they were able to get me in same day because I was experiencing discomfort. I called in the morning and I’m home at 3pm. This is the best place in my opinion. They are so incredibly skilled and every single person from the front desk onward is beyond courteous, kind, compassionate, professional and skilled. I would recommend to anyone. Don’t fear a root canal if you decide to come here.

Such a joyful office. the up-front women were kind and very helpful with billing issues. They laugh and smile and sing. The women assisting the dentist also smile and sing. No one sings a whole song just enough for a patient to know that they’re happy in their work. Very cheerful office. Dentist was wonderful too. excellent explanations, very concerned that I didn’t experience any pain (I didn’t) and very kind also. No one wants a root canal, but if you have to have one, this is the place!
